Description
The Slitecs® hinge is manufactured using Teflon™ and compressed surgical stainless steel with a low-friction coating. As a result, a Slitecs® hinge is maintenance free, self-lubricating, and flexible. A very low coefficient of friction of the hinge structure ensures zero wear on the moving parts.
The Slitecs® hinge has been bench tested to 20,000 movements on a machine with no loss of tension. That’s 10 years of daily opening and closing of the frame, based on 5 openings and closes daily.
